All the APCs in the state are informed that a decision has been taken to supply three (3) masks for each student studying from class 1-10th in all the Government management schools to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19 and accordingly in the reference 2nd read above the CEO, SERP, Vijayawada has been requested to supply 1,27,02,966 masks to all the students of Government management schools.
Therefore, all the APCs in the state are requested to release the amount of stitching charges of masks of their district concerned as per the ref 3rd read above from the balance amount available from the release in the reference 1st read above for the year 2019-20, to the CEO, SERP, Vijayawada and also report the remaining amount available with them after meeting the expenditure of stitching charges of masks. This has the approval of Chairman, Samagra Shiksha, AP, Amaravati.
