ORDER:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, and they are informed that only 200 photos have been uploaded in Google Drive pertaining to the fire mock drill across the state and the School Safety Reports have not been received from any of the districts yet. 2. Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are further requested to:
a. Conduct Fire Mock Drill with the help of fire officers in the schools ( all government/ government aided and unaided schools) on 10.02.2021 where it was not conducted.
b. Submit District School Safety Report and Fire Mock Drill Report of their concerned district to this office. c. Suggest one name from each district for correspondence regarding the School Safety Report and Fire Mock Drill Report.
d. Instruct all the High School Headmasters to give a project work on school safety and conduct an essay writing on disaster management to all students,
e. Instruct all the School Headmasters to display the school evacuation plan in their School notice board.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to submit their compliance report in the matter.
