It has come to the notice of the School Education Department, A.P that, the following message that, "the Government has declared holidays from March, 1st to May, 4th, 2021 to all schools and colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh due to increasing in Corona cases" is circulating in various digital platforms (i.e., Facebook, WhatsApp, twitter etc.,).
Government have issued orders for reopening of Schools in a graded manner from time to time. Accordingly, schools are running from Classes I to X. Further, at present, the Government hasn't declared any holidays to the schools regarding Corona cases in the State.
The above message circulating with regard to holidays from March, 1st to May, 4th, 2021 to all schools in the Digital Platforms is FAKE. Necessary action will be taken on the persons spreading false/fake news.
