1.Orders Dt.09.12.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.22473 of 2020 filed by Sri. U.Krishna Rao, SGT, MPPS, Medikonduru V&M, Guntur District and other.
2. Orders Dt.11.12.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.23511 of 2020 filed by Sri. K.Khader Basha, SGT, MPPS, Basinapally, Guthi Mandal, Ananthapuramu District.
3. Orders Dt.09.11.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.20944 of 2020 filed by Sri. J.C.Narayana, SA-Hindi, Kallur Estate, Kurnool District.
4. Orders Dt.23.12.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.24345 of 2020 filed by Smt. R.Naga Ratnam, SGT, MPPS, Yellapavanipalem, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and others.
5. Orders Dt.15.12.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in WP.No.23891 of 2020 of Smt Kota Spandana Rani, SGT, MPPS, SAi Nagar Venkatapuram, Eluru (M), West Godavari and another.
The attention of the District Educational Officers, Visakhapatnam, West Godavari, Guntur, Kurnool and Ananthapuramu are invited to the references cited and they are requested to file counter affidavit / stay vacate petition in in the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. in consultation with LMC of this office Immediately and also to avoid further complications in the matter.
Further, the above cases shall be escalated to the level of 'contempt of court', in which case responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and action shall be initiated against them under Rule - 20 of A.P.C.S (CC&A) Rules, 1991, duly obtaining their written explanation as per the rules in vogue and also requested to furnish action taken report to the undersigned.
