Rc. No.13029/11/2020-EST 3 Dated:08.01.2021 - School Education - Certain court cases filed in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh with regard to different Issues during the Teachers Transfers-2020 - Implementation Orders - Issued
All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that certain cuur t cases filed in the Hon'ble High COUI~tof Andhra Pradesh with regard to different issues relating to the Teachers Transfers-2020.(List enclosed)
That after careful examination of the matter and in obedience of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the District Educational Officers concerned are hereby requested to comply the interim orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued in respect of court cases (as per the list appended) subject to the outcome of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in the said writ petitions.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to intimate the cases in which interim orders issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh but not indicated in this list immediately for taking further course of action.
In this connection, the IT cell of this office is requested make changes in respect of court cases (List enclosed) in consultation with the District Educational Officers concerned for implementing of such cases.
Further, the District Educational Officers concerned are requested to get in touch with the IT Cell of this office and provide the information as req uested by them with regard to these cases only.
This has got the approval of the Director of School, Education, A.P., Amaravati.
