The attention of the District Education Officer in the state is invited to the references cited and informed that certain cases are filed at Hon'ble High Court by some of the teachers in connection with teachers transfers issues. In this connection, the District Educational Officers concerned in the State are hereby requested to file vacate petition in the following WPs filed in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and similar cases also on or before 09.12.2020 in consultation with the LMC of this office.
Further, the above cases shall not be escalated to the level of 'contempt of court' in which case responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and action shall be initiated against them under A.P.C.S (CCA) Rules, 1991 and also requested to furnish action taken report to the undersigned.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
