ORDER:
The attention of All District Educational Officers in the state is invited vide above references that the Hon'ble Chief Minster has given instructions to develop a Mobile application and Dash board for Jgananna Gorumudda(MDM) and School sanitation. Accordingly the mobile app{IMMS-Integrated monitoring for Mid Day Meals and Sanitation) has been developed and instructions ha e been issued for all four tier stake holders to inspect the schools and upload the images at the time of school visit
The dash board has been developed basing on inputs captured by 4 tier stake holders and the reports can be used for better monitoring. It is also informed that the images of the toilets captured at the time of inspection by the 4 stake holders were evaluated through Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The Artificial Intelligence can define whether the photo captured component is good or bad by evaluating the captured pictures taken at the time of school visit by 4 tier monitoring system.
However, It is also observed that the images captured by the 4 tier visiting officers were not in a proper manner for the Artificial Intelligence mechanism to read that picture and Al reject these figures and put in invalid images.
Hence it is requested all 4 tier stake holders shall follow the given instructions while capturing and uploading the images in IMMS app.
- There should be sufficient light in the toilet while capturing the photograph.
- There should not be any shadows.
- Photo should not be blurred. Commode should be completely visible including inner arca as much as possible.
- Floor area of the toilet should be visible.
- Toilet walls should not be visible in the photo.
- Camera focus should be on commode and floor. It's should not look like blurred background. 1 photo should have 1 commode only.
- Image should not be too close to commode. Otherwise surrounding floor will not get captured.
- Images should not be taken from different screen like other gadgets, computers i.e. capturing photo from other screens of devices.
- Any image where commode is partially cut will be considered as invalid.
- The orientation and alignment should be perfect (refer to 1st valid image).
In view of the above , all the District Educational Officer are requested to issue the above mentioned instructions to all Head Master, Welfare and Education Assts, MEOs, DyEOs ,Sanitary workers. The list of sample images are here with attached for better understanding
