Sub: SCERT, AP - PEP department - Organization of District level Role play and Folk dance competitions in Virtual mode in the state - Regarding.
Ref: No.F.5-3/2020/DESS/PEP, National Population Education Project, Dt:01-07-2020.
ORDER:
The attention of all the Principals of Govt. DIETs in the state is invited to the reference cited and they are informed that the National level Role Play & Folk Dance competitions are planned to be organized in January - 2021.
Hence, the following action plan is herewith communicated for the conduct of Role Play & Folk dance competitions in virtual mode at district and state level.
Eligibility:
Students of Classes 8th & 9th of any Government, Government Aided Schools can participate in Role Play & Folk Dance.
Time Schedule:
a) The District level Role play & Folk dance competitions - from 10/12/2020 to 12/12/2020
b) The State Level Role play & Folk dance competitions from 21/12/2020 and 22/12/2020
c) The National Level Role Play & Folk dance competitions - December-2020 or January - 2021
Therefore all the Principals of Government DIETS in the state requested to conduct the District level Role play & Folk dance competitions from 10/12/2020 to 12/12/2020 in virtual mode in their respective district and submit the Winners list of the programme to the Director, SCERT, AP, Amaravati and also mail to Smt.P.Hema Rani, Project Coordinator hemaraniputta1@gmail.com for organising the State Level competitions
