Attention is invited to the references read above, it has come to the notice of the authorities that some Teachers/MIS Coordinators/HMs are illegally enrolling students from another school to their school in Child Info without any authorisation from the the Mandal Educational Officers concerned so as to avoid shifting of posts form their school in the teacher reapportionment process for the academic year 2020-21. One such case in Chittoor district has been enquired into and disciplinary action is initiated against all the errant teachers and also the persons responsible for sharing the password of the MEO to such teachers.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are hereby cautioned to be more vigilant and if such cases come to their notice they should deal with such errant teachers severely and immediately and report the action to this office at once.
