ORDER:
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission in the resolution passed in the 4th meeting on 12.06.2020 resolved to curb the practice of PRO System in Private Educational Institutions where the teachers are forced to visit students houses to get admissions in to the schools and observed that this system is not right even in the general scenario, particularly in this panic situation of Covid 19 epidemic and this type of practice is highly condemnable and should be viewed seriously.
Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue instructions to all the Managements of Private Un-Aided Schools not to utilize the services of teachers for non academic purpose and submit compliance report in the matter.
If any institution is found continuing such illegal practices, appropriate coercive measures be taken against such institution under intimation to this office as well as the APSERMC.
