All the DDO's in the state are requested to enter and certify the HR data duly visiting https://apbudget.apcfss.in portal, without fail. The paybill of DDO's will be generated only after the HR data entered and certified. The DDO may utilize the Video Tutorial and the User manual for entering the data, which are available n the portal itself. The DDO's are solely responsible for authenticity of the data. Hence, they are therefor requested to take the utmost care while entering the data. For more details and clarifications DDO's may contact the concerned CFMS helpdesk team.
రాష్ట్రంలోని అందరూ డ్రాయింగ్ అండ్ డిస్‌బర్స్‌మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్స్ (DDOs) తప్పకుండా https://apbudget.apcfss.in పోర్టల్‌ను నందు తమ యొక్క కార్యాలయం HR డేటాను నమోదు చేసి ధృవీకరించాలి. User Name is DDO Code and Password is hrdata123.
ఎంటర్ చేసిన తర్వాత DDO యొక్క Mobile No., Email ఎంటర్ చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి. తర్వాత మీ మొబైల్‌లో అందుకున్న 4 అంకెల పిన్ నంబర్‌ను వస్తుంది. దానిని నమోదు చేయండి. తర్వాత పాస్వర్డ్ మార్చు కొనవచ్చును.
దీనిలో లో (1) Offices Confirmation (2) HR Data (3) Wages (4) Professional Services (5) Other Professional Services (6) Individual Consultants engaged - 3rd party (7) Grant In Aids (310-311) (8) Grant In Aids (310-312) అనే Parts ప్రకారము నమోదు చేయాలి.
దీనిని (HR) డేటా ఎంటర్ చేసి ధృవీకరించిన తర్వాతే డిడిఓల పేబిల్ జనరేటర్ అవుతుంది.
డేటాను నమోదు చేయడానికి DDO వీడియో ట్యుటోరియల్ మరియు యూజర్ మాన్యువల్‌ను ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు,
అవి పోర్టల్‌లోనే లభిస్తాయి. డేటాను నమోదు చేసేటప్పుడు చాలా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలలి. ముఖ్యముగా Fire dept, MEO వంటి వారు తమ యొక్క అనుబంధ కార్యాలయాలు, స్కూలు వారిగా సంబంధిత ఎంప్లాయిస్ ని అనుసంధానం చేయాలి. Parts ప్రకారము డేటా ఎంట్రీ చేసుకుంటూ సంబంధిత డాక్యుమెంట్స్ అటాచ్ చేస్తూ, దీనిని పూర్తి చేయాలి. అంతా అయిన తరువాత DDO Final Confirmation part wise కన్ఫామ్ చేయాలి.దీనిని ఈనెల 28వ తేదీ లాగా చేసుకోవాలి. దీనిలో ఇంకా సమస్యలు ఏమైనా వచ్చినచో సంబంధిత ట్రెజరీ కార్యాలయ అధికారులు గాని లేదా జిల్లా ఖజానా లో ఉన్న CFMS Help Desk బృందాన్ని సంప్రదించవచ్చు.
