The attention of all the District Educational Officer is invited that, the Social Audit conducted by APSSAAT found that, the Chikki distribution is not upto the mark in the dry ration distribution programme. Hence, the District Educational Officers are instructed to get the registers in schools maintained, cross-checked by Mandal Educational Officers, and thoroughly recheck the chikki bills for the phase-V i.e., from June 12th to August 31st and re-submit the bills. The District Educational Officers are instruct the field functionaries that, any deviations in the bill is found at later stage, the concerned will be held responsible.
