While enclosing the copy of reference 6th cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State and all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to verify the medical certificates produced by the Headmasters and Teachers as per the instructions in G.O.Ms.No.54 dt. 12.10.2020 at point 10 Note 1 without fail. Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously and disciplinary action will be initiated against the HM/teacher who produced fake certificate as per A.P.C.S (CCA)Rules, 1991.
