ORDER:
The Government of Andhra Pradesh have provision of approved JaganannaVidyaKanuka" to implement a programme for student kits to facilitate the children to pursue their studies. The program is aimed at
100% participation of students in the schools leading to achievement of better learning out comes.

In this regard the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Directors Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is going to launch the “JaganannaVidyaKanuka" prestigious flagship scheme programme on 5th October, 2020 for distribution of the student school kits consisting of 1 School Bag, 1-Belt, Pair of shoes & two Pairs of Socks , 3 pair of Uniforms along with Notebooks, Work Books and Text Books for the use of school children studying in Government management schools, aided schools and Madarasas of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year-2020-21 for the classes I to X.

Further, they are informed that the kits are being acknowledged by the mothers concerned through a mobile application with biometric
authentication. The user manual is herewith attached for ready reference. Sri.CHVS.Ramesh Kumar, Lecturer, DSCERT has identified as Nodal Person for implementation of "JaganannaVidyaKanuka" till the distribution of Kits.

Therefore, all the DEOs and APCs of SS are requested to go through the guidelines thoroughly and to ensure all the JAGANANNA VIDYA KAANUKA kits are distributed properly with due biometric authentication of the mother/guardian concerned with the precautions and protocol of COVID-19 pandemic. And they are instructed to depute the e Hazar Nodal Person for the said task till completion of distribution.

Therefore all the Joint Collectors of Development, Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of SS in the State are requested to follow the above instructions for distribution of the above material to all Mothers/ Guardians of all students studying from Class I to X in all Government/Aided/Madrassas management schools for the academic year 2020-21.
Further State Project Director, Samagra Sikhsha, is requested to constitute a special Monitoring cell to monitor the distribution of the kits and to redress the grievances received from the Districts, if any under the said program and to send day wise status report to the undersigned.
