School Education - AP Model Schools - Girls Hostels attached to AP Model Schools - Allotment of duties to supervise the Girls Hostels to Female PGT/TGT on rotation basis - Certain instructions - Issued - Reg Rc No. ESE02/601/2020-APMS-CSE Dt:19/10/2020

ORDER:
The attention of all the RJDSEs, District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 1st cited and it is informed that certain instructions were already issued by this office vide ref.1st cited above to all the District Educational Officers in the state with a request to issue certain instructions to the Principals of APMS Girls Hostels to give circular order for 1 female PGT/TGT to depute to Hostel duties on rotation basis and the weekend off may be treated as CCL.
Even after the above instructions issued it was brought to the notice of the under signed that the above orders are not being implemented in the Districts and the wardens who are working in the Girls Hostels are facing much difficulties in their duties.
Keeping in view of the above circumstances all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to adhere to the above orders are implemented and to issue certain instructions to the Principals of APMS Girls Hostels to give circular for 1 female PGT/TGT to depute to hostel duties on rotation basis on every Sunday from 9 AM to 9 AM of next day i.e Monday (1Day) and the period of such duty may be treated as CCL as Mentioned below:
Note: After exhausting of all PGTs then duties to be allocated to all women TGTs as directed above on rotation basis.
All the RJDSEs, District Educational officers and Principals and AP Model schools in the state are further requested to arrange the weekly off to the wardens of Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools as suggested above duly involving all the Women PGTs and TGTs every Sunday on rotation basis and
ensure that no Women PGTs and TGTs is exempted and they are also permitted to avail CCL on immediate working day ie; Monday, and if it is a holiday they are permitted to avail CCL on Tuesday.
It is further requested that if any Hostel Warden avail CL during the working days the same chain of allocation of duties as mentioned above should be followed and should submit the year wise plan of allocation of duties to this office by 31-10-2020 for this academic year 2020-2021.
These orders should be followed strictly and any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
