AP SE Dept., - Estt.II - Depute the concerned officers for Verification of Reapportion of Teaching Staff under various Managements viz., Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad Schools and vacancies at O/o DSE, AP, Amaravathi from 16th to 18th September, 2020 – Orders -Issued - Reg.

1) Proposals submitted to the Government regarding reapportionment and transfers of teachers dated 8-06-2020.
2) Video conference conducted on 26-06-2020 with all the RJDSEs/DEOs in the state.

In continuation of this Office reference 3rd cited, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to complete the process of Reapportionment of Teaching Staff under various Managements viz.,Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad Schools and prepare the provisional vacancy list.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to depute the concerned officials who are involved in Reapportion process to the O/o the Director of School Education, AP, Amaravathi for verification of Reapportion of Teaching Staff under various Managements viz., Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad Schools and provisional vacancy list along with soft copies for verification on the following dates:
- Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari - 16.09.2020
- Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore - 17.09.2020
- Chittoor, YSR Kadapa, Anantapuram, Kurnool - 18.09.2020
They are requested to report at IT Cell, O/o the Director, School Education, AP, Amaravathi at 10.30 AM along with soft copies on the dates mentioned above without fail.
