Attention is invited to all the Executive Agencies of Mana Badi Nadu Nedu, District Educational officer, Addl. Project Coordinator mentioned in the address entry and they are informed that, in the reference, 1st cited G.O has been issued regarding implementation of MBNN programme in which the Govt. has allowed to certain percentage towards service charges, quality assurance services from the expenditure already incurred under MBNN programme.
It is therefore the following funds are provided to the implementing agencies towards service charges, quality assurance related expenses.
In this context the Executive Engineers are requested to register their savings bank account details in STMS website. The concern E.Es, DEOS, APCS of Samagra Shiksha are requested to raise FTOs through STMS for drawl of Service Charges as stated in the above table, and they are directed to pay the Honorarium/ FTA to their staff for looking after their Mana Badi Nadu Nedu works under the control of concerned ENC/EE/DEO/APCs of SS, from the service charges as stated below.
1. An amount of Rs.4000/- to each MEO, Rs.3000/- to each CRP for 4 Months
2. All the Deputy Executive Engineer (those who have not facility of hire vehicle) of the concerned Executive Engineers shall be paid Rs.5000/- P.M for the 4 months shall be paid as FTA
3. All the Mandal Engineers (Field Engineers/Asst Engineers/ Site Engineers) shall be paid Rs.4000/P.M for 4 Months as FTA from the concerned Executive Agencies.
