School Education - COVID-19 Pandemic - Vidya Vaaradhi program (reaching the un reach school children) - Mobile van with video lessons facility for the students those who have no digital access across the state (No Tech) - certain instructions - Issued.

All the Regional Joint Director of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinator in the State are informed that the Department of School Education has been exploring different ways to mitigate the impact of COVID19 on education by engaging teachers, students, and community through High tech and low tech solutions 2. Keeping in the view of students deprived any electronic device facility, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with a unique solution to reach out to those students with a vehicle-mounted with big LED screen consisting of educational e-Content and the TV lessons.
This initiative is intended to:
In view of the above all the District Educational Officers are requested to follow the following guidelines for effective utilization of the facility so as to ensure all the students are facilitated with opportunities for learning:

The vehicle hire charges will be centrally borne by the State Project Director, SS, AP and the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha shall meet the fuel charges for vehicle i.e Rs.6.50 (Six Rupees fifty paise only ) Per Kilometre and whereas for Generator is one liter for (2.5 Hours from LEP funds and submit the compliance to the undersigned.
The vehicle coordinator is Sri Ramunaidu 9666983354 and the State coordinator is Ch.V.S.Ramesh Kumar 7993345678 lecturer SCERT
Therefore, all the DEOs and APCs of Samagra Shiksha are requested to bestow their personal attention and to adhere to the above guidelines for effective utilization of the facility provided by the Government to reach the lesser privileged students during COVID time.

- bridge learning gap during the COVID-19.
- make ready the students for the upcoming academic year.
- engage the students with educational activities. • provide level playing field to the students.
In view of the above all the District Educational Officers are requested to follow the following guidelines for effective utilization of the facility so as to ensure all the students are facilitated with opportunities for learning:
- Identify the villages, habitations where there is less/no digital facility is available for the students. The respective teachers of the area shall accompany the vehicle and attend to clearing the doubts of the students if any.
- Pre determine the areas based on the number of students available.
- Tribal areas, Scheduled areas, coastal areas with predominant fisher-folk communities and urban slums are to be given priority • To chalk out the schedule for the vehicle well in advance to display the TV lessons.
- Detailed time slots shall be prepared and communicated to the venues well in advance and also to the teachers of the area
- Class wise subject content shall be downloaded from the e-Content drive shared by SCERT Andhra Pradesh
- To ensure that the PCs. Headmasters and teachers attend on the dates of vehicle visits in their respective areas.
- To give wide publicity among the students, parents in the respective villages about the schedule of the vehicle i.e arrival. The library books in the school shall be distributed to the students and parents and to ensure that the books are cool after reading
- The MEOs concerned shall nominate a nodal officer for the visits of vehicles in their respective mandal The log sheet of the vehicle should be strictly maintained along with details of km travelled duly counter signed by the teacher accompanying
- While planning the schedule of the vehicle one may take the precautions and protocol of COVID-19.
- It may be ensured that the vehicle may be parked at catchment area where there are more students and it may be ensured that precautions to contain and control COVID -19 be followed The DEO/MEO is at liberty to pick up lessons, videos, stories, rhymes awareness content/ Vidya varadhi videos depending on the age group of the catchment area duly adhering to the age appropriate learning outcome.
- Daily Photographs shall be captured and uploaded in shagun drive duly forming a folder named Vidya varadhi vehicle.
- The principals of DIETS are requested to study this entire process, help with the age appropriate digital content and to submit case study and project paper on this activity
- DEOS are requested fully avail this to the advantage of the lesser privileged children and bestow personal attention to the movement of the vehicle.
