In continuation of the orders issued in the reference 2nd cited, all the District educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that to ensure the distribution of Eggs (34) and Chikkes (20) to the parents of eligible children during the summer vacation, i.e. from 24042020 to 11062020 for 40 working days by involving the Volunteers and Educational Welfare Assistant of Village/ Ward Secretariat duly following the COVID-19 precautions strictly and keeping in view of the restrictions imposed due to unlock of country/ state.
Further, they are informed that to issue instructions to the field functionaries and as well as Egg suppliers to distribute the above items in two different spells duly taking the proper acknowledgment from the children /parents to maintain the proper records at School level by Head Masters and upload the details in MDM App compulsory without fail and MDM team at district level to monitor very closely and the distribution shall be completed in time. If fail to upload the data in MDM App, the payment will not be released.
