1) Proposals submitted to the Government regarding reapportionment and transfers of teachers dated 8-06-2020.
2) Video conference conducted on 26-06-2020 with all the RJDSES/DEOS in the state
The attention of all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the subject read above and they are hereby informed that the relevant Government orders may be released soon on reapportionment of teachers / teachers transfers.
Therefore, they are requested to go through the proposed guidelines and prepare / exercise the process of reapportionment of teachers basing on U-DISE data as on 29.02.2020 so as to take up the said process immediately on getting orders from the Government. They are also requested to get ready with the clear vacancies as per proposed transfer guidelines so as to take up process immediately on getting orders from the Government.
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to inform the names and mobile numbers of (2) concerned officers who are dealing the above subject and to update the information to the CSE Office, in the following proforma immediately.
