3. From the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravti, letter Rc.No.72/E1-I/2020 Dt: 19-3-2020.
ORDER:
In the letter at reference 3rd read above, the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, submitted a proposal seeking permission to the DGE to collect admission fee of Rs. 1000/- from each candidate who join the 42 days Summer Training of Technical Teachers' Certificate to provide certain basic amenities at Training Centers.
Government, after careful examination of the matter, accepted the above proposal and hereby accord permission to the Director of Government Examinations, to collect an an amount of Rs. 1000/- as admission fees by way of challan through CFMS portal from each candidate who ever seek admission in the above Summer Training program and to utilize the amount for meeting the expenditure to provide basic training facilities and amenities in the Training Centers subject to condition that the fee shall be equal for all the trades. The Training shall be conducted subject to the orders / instructions issued by the Government / Competent Authority from time to time in respect of COVID-19. The receipt admission fee and expenditure incurred for providing training facilities shall be properly accounted for and verified / checked / audited as per rules by the competent authorities. Any lapses in accounting the above Government money will be viewed seriously and stringent action will be taken as per rules.
These orders are issued with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.Education) Department vide their UO No FIN01-FMU0ASD/108/2020 dated 17-7-2020 (Computer No 1132019)
The Director of Government Examinations, AP shall take necessary action as per the above orders.
