Education - School Education AP Model Schools - guidelines and procedures for admissions in to Ist Year Intermediate for the Academic year 2020-21 - Orders- Issued.

All the District Educational Officers and Principals of AP Model Schools in the state are requested to take necessary steps for admissions into Ist year Intermediate courses of A.P.Model Schools duly following the schedule and the prescribed guidelines and procedure for the Academic year 2020-21
Therefore the District Educational Officers are requested to take up the admission process for the groups MPC, BIPC, MEC and CEC @ 20 students in each group.

Note first year Intermediate course will be intimated shortly.
Therefore all the DEOS & the Principals of AP Model Schools in the state are directed to strictly adhere to the above schedule and complete the admissions in time without any devotions duly following the below guidelines:

Therefore all the DEOS & the Principals of AP Model Schools in the state are directed to strictly adhere to the above schedule and complete the admissions in time without any devotions duly following the below guidelines:
- A press note to be issued in local news papers under news item by the DEOs and respective Principals of Model Schools
- The Principals should conduct the special drives in the catchment area of respective Model Schools to aware and motivate the parents by explaining the advantages of Model Schools i.e. free Education in English Medium, good infrastructure facilities, library and laboratory facilities and well qualified and experienced teachers.
- Pamphlets and flexes to be printed and distributed and displayed in surrounding villages and prominent places of Model Schools narrating the advantages of studying in Model Schools.
- Online application for registration and processing fee as follows:
- Rule of reservation should be followed in accordance with the reference 3rd cited without any deviation.
- Ensure that 33.33% of seats should be reserved for girl students in all categories of SC, ST, BC and OC.
- Care should be taken while filling up of the unfilled vacancies of the particular category as mentioned in the reference 3rd cited.
- Should not receive any offline applications and no admissions are permitted through offline.
- Should not take admission beyond the sanctioned seats.
- The Principals of respective Model Schools are held responsible for making arrangements to take up admission processes as per the guidelines to be communicated shortly and for future correspondence. preservation of records.
