In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health &Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada, Government after careful examination and in supersession of orders issued in G.O. 3rd above, hereby issue the following weightage for recruitment of Civil Assistant Surgeons and Dental Assistant Surgeons including Medical Officers working in 104 (Mobile Medical Units) and e-Urban Primary Health Centres (functioning under PPP) along with Staff Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists who are working on outsourcing basis/Contract basis in any Schemes (HDS/CDS/Aarograsri HCT etc.)or under any PPP under the control of Director of Public Health & Family Welfare/Commissioner of A.P.Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad/Director of Medical Education through District Selection Committee:
| CRITERIA | WEIGHTAGE (TOTAL MARKS 100) |
| Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination | 75% |
| Weightage for experience of Government service including contract/outsourcing service. | Up to 15% i) Tribal Service @ 3 marks per year. ii) Rural Service @ 2 marks per year. iii) Urban Service @ 1 mark per year. |
| Weightage for No. of years since passing qualifying examination. | Upto 10 marks @ 1.0 marks per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification. |
- The weightage of 15 % shall be applicable to the candidates who have completed minimum service of 3 years in Government on contract/ outsourcing basis.
- The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada/ Commissioner of A.P.Vaidhya Vidhana Parishad, Vijayawada/Director of Medical Education, A.P., Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter.
