Government after careful examination of the matter hereby permit the Engineering Assistant in the village Secretariat to sign and recommend the vouchers as per value of material and labour stage wise for payment for Nadu-Nedu Phase -I programme along with signatures of the headmaster and parents committee representative with a condition that the vouchers should be got countersigned by the concerned AEE/AE. The recording of measurements shall done by the AEE/AE stage wise and check measured by the DEE as per procedure in vogue. It is also required that before entrusting this work to Engineering Assistants appropriate training may be organised for them.
