As per Rc.No.13/20/2018-EST 3-CSE 18/01/2019 Readers allowance is admissible to visually Handicapped Teachers to engage Readers to assist them in reading various books and it is not essential to engage readers during school hours only.

పాఠశాలలో, కళాశాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న అంధ ఉపాధ్యాయులక, లెక్చరర్ల సహాయకునికి రీడర్ అలవెన్సు సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్ వారికైతే రూ. 600/-లు, స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్లకైతే రూ. 750/-లు, లెక్చరర్లు అయితే రూ. 900/-లు నెలకు చెల్లించబడుతుంది.Revision Commission, 2015 - Readers Allowance to Teachers and Lecturers who are Visually Handicapped - G.O.MS.No. 24 Dated: 20-08-2018. These orders shall come into force with effect from 01.12.2015.
