HRA - House Rent Allowance:
2015 వేతన స్కేళ్ళలో హెచ్. ఆర్.ఎ గరిష్ట పరిమితి 02.06.2014 నుండి గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో రూ. 20,000/- లకు ఇతర ప్రాంతాలలో రూ. 15,000/-లకు పెంపుదలచేశారు.
- HRA is not allowed to employee provided with rent free quarters or quarters of payment of reduced rent.
- HRA to wife and husband working at the same place is eligible. - G.O.Ms.No 14610/142/pRC-1 dt:18-06-1984.
- HRA to employee residing in his own house is eligible. - G.O.Ms.No.3268/G1/81-1 edn, dt: 17.10.1982.
- DA, HRA & CCA are reckoned with stagnation increments. – G.O.Ms.No.206 R & P. dt: 23-11-1993.
- HRA shall be advisable for half pay leave or full average pay to employee whois on leave up to 180 days - G.O.Ms. No. 29 dt: 09.03.2011.
- HRA & CCA are eligible upto 180 days on medical leave for Cancer, HIV, Psychological disorders & Heart attacks etc... - G.O.Ms. No. 29 dt: 09.03.2011.
- Payment of HRA beyond 4 months during suspension period is eligible. - Memo.No. 47710-A/245/A2, dt: 04-01-1999.
Revised Pay Scales 2015 - House Rent Allowance (HRA) - G.O.Ms.No.48 Dated: 30.04.2015:
• 30% of Basic Pay HRA - Max. Rs. 20,000/- per month.
• 20% of Basic Pay HRA - Max. Rs. 15,000/- per month.
• 14.5% of Basic Pay HRA - Max. Rs. 15,000/- per month.
• 12% of Basic Pay HRA - Max. Rs. 15,000/- per month.
