ORDER:
Orders were issued vide G.O. 3rd read above, according recognition to the “Andhra Pradesh Government Employees Association (APGEA) (Regd. No.578/2010) in relaxation of Rule 3 (1) (a) of the APCS (ROSA) Rules, 2001 by exercising the powers conferred by Rule 5 of the ROSA Rules issued in the reference 2nd read above, as a special case for the purpose of enabling its members to make representations regarding their conditions of service and matters pertaining thereto for redressal.
The President, A.P. Government Employees Association, vide his representation 4th read above, has requested the Government to nominate their “Andhra Pradesh Government Employees Association (APGEA)” as a separate group on the APCSJSC (State Level) on permanent basis in relaxation of rule (8) of APCS ROSA Rules, 2001 and in excise of power vested with Government under rule 18 of AP Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State level).
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord membership to "Andhra Pradesh Government Employees Association" as a separate group on the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State Level) on permanent basis in relaxation of Rule (8) of APCS ROSA Rules, 2001 by exercising the powers conferred by Rule 18 of G.O. 1st read above, as a special case, subject to the final outcome of WP if any."
