- Instruct the HMs to record as “not received dry ration” against the Students who are staying in all categories of hostels and have been to their native places and did not receive the Dry ration, in their School records.
- Instruct the HMs to issue Dry ration to the list of Hostellers communicated by the MEOs as per their entitlement for the two phases.
- Instruct the HMs compulsorily to update the DRY RATION DATA inthe Jagananna Gorumudda for the two phases on a daily basis without fail. Instruct the HMs to take into account the Dry ration distributed tothe hostellers who are the students not pertaining to their schools,also as against the MDM availed in their respective schools so as to claim the bills in the CFMS without difficulty.
