School Education - STATE FUNCTIONS - Celebration of Birth anniversary of Amarajeevi Sri Potti Sriramulu, i.e., on 16th March every year as State Function - Orders - Issued.

It is informed that, in the ref. read above (copy enclosed), Govt. have requested all the Departments of Secretariat, Head of Departments and Collector & District Magistrates in the State to celebrate Birth anniversary of Amarajeevi Sri Potti Sriramulu i.e., on 16th March every year as State Function, in a befitting manner across the State. The expenditure shall be met from the budget provision of the YAT&C Department / District Administration concerned from their allocated
regular budget.
Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to celebrate the Birth anniversary of Amarajeevi Sri Potti Sriramulu i.e., on 16th March, 2020 in their respective offices and to issue instructions to all the field level Officers i.e., DyEO’s, MEO’s and Head Masters of all Schools to celebrate the same in all management schools in the State duly meeting expenditure from the allotted budget to Y.A.T & C Dept. / District Administration in consultation with the concerned District Collectors.
These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
