ORDER :-
In the reference 1st cited above , the Minister of Human Resource Development Department of School Education & Literacy , New Delhi has issued guidelines to procurement of Sports Material to Primary Schools & Upper Primary schools.
2. As per the PAB minutes 2019- 20 under Samgra Shiksha for provision of grant for sports equipment has been made . Every Government Primary & Upper Primary schools both will receive sports grant of Rs.5000/-
3. Under powers vested with the State Project Director , Samgra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi , sanction is here by accorded to release an amoung Rs. 948.45 Lakhs to the District Educational Officer & Ex - Officio Project Coordinators , Samgra Shiksha concerned towards Sport grant to Primary and Upper Primary schools in 13 Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
4. Therefore , the Finance Controller of this office is requested to release amount of Rs . 948.45 to the District Educational Officer & Ex - Officio Project Coordinators, Samgra Shiksha concerned through online account towards Sport grant to Primary and Upper Primary schools in 13 Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
