In partial modifications used in the reference 6th cited, the instructions /guidelines regarding for submission of the proposals to this office ( Either Manually or in e- Office ) regarding the Regularisation of services and Declaration of Probations in respect of teachers working in thier jurisdiction are modified as detailed below.
1. Request of the individual through the concerned HM/ MEO.
2. Application in prescribed Format duly filling all the columns signed by the applicant ( Available in deoeg website )
3. Certification of Authority signed by the HR / MEO Concerned.
4. Non - availment of EOL Certificate issued by the concerned HM/ MEO.
5. No Charges pending Certificate issued by the Concerned HM/ MEO.
6. No punishment Certificate issued by the concerned HM/ MEO.
7. A copy of SR entry regarding the completion of Antecedence and Character Certification should be submitted. "Decleration in case of Antecedents not received"is not entertained.
8. Copy of SR entry regarding joining service entry at initial appointment/ joining entry after promotion
9. Regularisation of service will be done once in the entire service in the initial appointment cadre.., and there is no need to submit proposals in the promotion cadre.
Hence ,all the Deputy Educational Officers/ Deputy Inspector of Schools / Mandal Educational Officers/ Headmasters of the schools in the district are requested to submit the proposals duly scanning the each and every page as per in "e - Office " only.
These revised guidelines comes into force with immediate effect until further orders .
The recipient of these processings should be acknowledged.
