ORDER:
Consequent on his deputation to State of Andhra Pradesh from the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, New Delhi, Sri V. Rama Krishna, IRS (2009) has reported to the Government of Andhra Pradesh on 16.09.2019 FN and in the reference 4th read above, he has been posted as Special Commissioner, Intermediate Education & Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education and the Officer has assumed the charge of the said post on F.N of 18.09.2019.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Government that there is no non-cadre post in the Office of the Special Commissioner, Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada is available, so as to draw the pay and allowances of the above said Central Civil Service Officer.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Government, decided to create (1) one temporary post i.e., “Special Commissioner, Intermediate Education & Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education” in the in Pay Matrix level 12 (i.e., Rs.78,800 - 2,09,200).
4. Accordingly, Government hereby accord sanction for creation of a temporary post of “Special Commissioner, Intermediate Education & Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada”, in Pay Matrix level 12 (i.e., Rs.78,800 - 2,09,200) for the period from the date on which the CCS Officer reporting to duty in AP/took charge i.e., 16.09.2019 F.N. upto 29.02.2020 or the need for the post ceases, whichever event takes place earlier.
5. The Special Commissioner, Intermediate Education & Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall draw and disburse the pay and allowances of the Central Civil Service Officer within the budget allocation and expenditure shall be debited to the relevant Head of account.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.FMU0MISC/572/2019, Finance (FMU-GAD.I) Department, dt:15.10.2019.
