ORDER:-
The GOl, MHRD, New Delhi has approved budget in PAB minutes 2019-20 under Quality Intervention (iii) Innovative Activities (Elementary) — (f) Page No.42,43, Teacher Appraisal Format (PINDICS) the Performance Indicators for Teachers (PINDICS) are developed by the NCERT which is based on the provisions in the sections 24 of Chapter - IV: Responsibilities of Schools and Teachers, 29 of Chapter-V: Curriculum and Completion of Elementary Education and the schedule specifying norms and standards for schools in the RTE Act 2009, NCF-2005 and Samagra Shiksha Frame-work-2018. Accordingly, Project Approval Board of DSEL, MHRD, Gol under Samagra Shiksha have proposed Performance Indicators for teachers (PINDICS) for the state of Andhra Pradesh to implement from this academic year, 2019-2020 and sanction an amount of Rs. 26 Lakhs @ 2 Lakhs per district to print the two copies formats and other works related to implementation vide above references.
Under powers vested with the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount Rs. 26.00 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty-Two lakhs only) to the concerned District Project Officers, SSA in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh @ Rs. 2.00 lakh to each district toward implementation of the Performance Indicators for teachers (PINDICS) for the state of Andhra Pradesh during 2019-20.
Therefore, the Finance Controller of this office is directed to release an amount Rs. 26.00 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty-Two lakhs only) to the concerned District Project Officers, SSA in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh through online accounts @ Rs. 2.00 lakh to each district.
