Sub: SE - Creation of beneficiary code in CFMS for making payment through PD account - To obtain PAN No (Permanent Account Number) in the Name of institution by the HM/Principal of the institution - Instructions -Issued - Regarding.
The District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are informed that, to deposit the Annual Grants etc., to theSMDCs in the State and District Educational Offices in the State under Samagra Shiksha (Secondary), the following information is required in the prescribed PROFORMA for obtaining the beneficiary code from CFMS.
It is further informed that, if the institutions doesn’t have PAN No (Permanent Account Number), the Headmasters / Principals of the High Schools / Junior Colleges may be requested to obtain the same from the Income Tax
Department and furnish the same in the above PROFORMA.
Further, the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State except West Godavari requested to obtain
separate PAN No (Permanent Account Number) for Girls Hostels and Model Schools so as to enable to deposit the grants separately.
The District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are requested to obtain PAN No (Permanent Account Number) on behalf of the District Office for depositing the grants towardsSalaries, Contingencies etc.,
Therefore, they are requested to obtain and submit the consolidated
information in the prescribed PROFORMA to this office duly obtaining the same
from High Schools / Girls Hostels functioning under various managements
(Except Aided & Un-Aided) covered under Samagra Shiksha.
