With reference to filling up of the 258 School Assistant(Special Education) posts (30% in 860 Posts) through promotion fromthe professionally qualified Secondary Grade Teachers, please findenclosed a Copy of Guidelines. All the Regional Joint Directors of theSchool Education and District Educational Officers in the State areinformed that the Guidelines & job chart of the School Assistant(Special Education) is prepared describing the qualifications and processfor taking up promotions in the districts concerned. Please ensure thatthe allotment of the schools to provide inclusive education for Childrenwith Special Needs are selected accordingly.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of the School Educationand District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take further necessary action accordingly in the matter as per rules in force.Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously.
This should be treated as Most Urgent.
