I invite your attention to the references cited. In the reference i11 cited, wherein a schedule has been issued along with instructions to all the RDMAs and Commissioners of GVMC and VMC for filling up of certain categories of Municipal Teachers through promotion counselling duly following the instructions issued by the Government and this office from time to time, without fail.

In the said above instructions, all the appointing authorities were instructed that, after counselling, issue promotion orders on the day of counselling itself to the promotee teachers and they will be relieved to join in the new station, immediately and to come back to the old school on the same day (from where they were promoted) on deputation to work till completion of the academic year 2018-2019 and they shall join in the new stations on the last working day i.e.23.04.2019, without fail.
3. In this connection, I inform that, since the election code of conduct is in force, all the RDMAs and Commissioners of GVMC and VMC are hereby instructed not to relieve the Municipal Teachers on 23.04.2019 who were promoted / transferred under G.0.507 and working in the old school on deputation basis, until completion of election code of conduct.
Further they are requested to report compliance to this office without fail in the matter.
