ORDER:

          Government hereby direct that the following orders, wherein certain financial authorisations and allowances were given to the poll personnel shall holds good for the purpose of conduct of General Elections, 2019 simultaneous Elections to the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assembly to be held on 11-04-2019.

1.	G.O.Ms.No.669, Genl. Admn. (Elecs.C) Deptt., Dt.18-11-1989.	Concession of T.A. & D.A. to the C.E.O.,  the Observers, the District Election Officers, the Returning Officers, the Assistant Returning Officers
2.	G.O.Ms.No.433, Genl. Admn. (Elecs.C) Deptt.,    Dt.04-07-1991
3.	Memo No.4157/Elecs.C/2004-3, Dated:22-05-2004	Remuneration to Village Servants for Poll Day.
4.	G.O.Rt.No.1407/Elecs.C/2004-3, Dt.22-05-2004.	Permanent Advance to the D.E.O., the R.D.O., and the R.O. etc.,.
5.	G.O.Rt.No.1408, Genl. Admn. (Elecs.C) Deptt., Dt.27-03-1996	Relaxation of rules for settlement of T.A. Claims for the journeys performed beyond jurisdiction.
6.	G.O.Rt.No.1645, Genl. Admn. (Elecs.C) Deptt.,	Payment of advance to the Presiding Officers.
7.	G.O.Ms.No.150, Finance (HR.IV-TFR-A&L-TA) Deptt., Dt.11-12-2015.	Payment of T.A/D.A in connection with the Elections.
8.	ECI Lr.No.464/INST-PAY/2014-EPS, Dated:28-02-2014	Uniform rate of remuneration to the Officers/Officials deployed on Election Duty.

2. The provision of rate packed lunch is permitted to Rs.100.00 to the staff deployed at the polling/counting centres.

3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.GAD.I) Deptt., vide their U.O.No.FMU0MISC/119/2019-FMU-GAD.I, Dated:18.03.2019
