ORDER:
In the
G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders for appointment
of 6354 Multi
Purpose Extension Officers (One MPEO for each 1000 hectares cultivable area) on contract basis for
strengthening of Agriculture
Extension and presently 4354 MPEOs are working under Agriculture Department.
2. In the
letter 3rd read above, the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, AP,
Guntur has extended the contractual
services of the MPEOs from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019. The MPEOs Association in the Representation 4th
read above has requested to extend their contractual service for further period
of 2 years.
3. The Government after careful examination
of the proposal hereby extended the contractual services of the MPEOs for further
period of 1 (One) year from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020 for strengthening of
Agriculture extension.
4. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, AP,
Guntur shall take further action in the
matter accordingly.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance(FMU-A&C,AHDDF,CS) Department
vide their U.O.No.Fin.01-FMU0PDGD(AC)/1/2019-FMU-AC-CS-AH, dated:23.02.2019.
