Sub: - CSE - IT Cell - Digital Classrooms - Providing of Digital Content to schools in the State - Reg.
Ref: - 1. MoU with Uneecops/Erudex Dated: 16.11.2018
The attention of the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference read above where in the Digital classrooms project is a widely spread across the state in 3463 Schools as on date.
Further this office has entered into MoU In consortium of Uneecops/Erudex firm for providing Offiine Digital Content to all the Digital Class rooms across the state and it has also been proposed to deploy the said Digital content In all the schools In a phased manner.
In this regard,the teams from Uneecops /Erudex will be visiting to all the Districts for deploying the New Digital Content in addition to the existing U·Sky content. The concerned DCR Nodal Persons are instructed to identify DivisionalI Mandal level locations for deploying the said content.The Schools can use the digital content provided by CSE P,i.e.U SKY/ERUDEX/UNEECOPS at their convenience and interest.
Therefore,all the District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters to get the New Digital Content loaded in their systems in addition to the existing U·Sky content and ensure that the school has to utilize OCR regularly with minimum 25 hours/ week and 100 hours/month. Usage of Digital Content will be synced automatically to the CM Dashboard as usual.
