O R D E R:
In the reference 4th read above, the State Project Director, SSA, A.P has informed that the Project Approval Board has approved annual work plan and budget for an amount of Rs. 169390.74 lakhs towards the implementation activities for Elementary Education (Erstwhile Scheme of SSA) under Samagra Shiksha for the F.Y. 2018-19. So far Govt. of India MHRD has released an amount of Rs. 56508.970 Lakhs to the GoAP as against the GoI Share for implementation of Elementary Activities (erstwhile scheme of SSA) towards
1st Installment. Accordingly, the State Govt., has issued Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.9,37,63,92,000/- vide reference 2nd read above and an amount of Rs.4,17,70,000/- vide reference 3rd read above. The MHRD, Government of India has sanctioned and released an amount of Rs.24414.280 Lakh towards 2nd installment for implementation of Elementary Activities (erstwhile scheme of SSA) under Samagra Shiksaha and this amount has been credited into State Government ex-chequer. Therefore, the State Project Director, SSA, A.P has requested to arrange for release an amount of Rs. 40690.467 Lakhs (GOI Share of Rs. 24414.280 lakhs+ GOAP share of Rs. 16276.187 Lakhs ) for implementation of Elementary Activities under Samagra Shiksha activities as per the AWP&B activities during the financial year 2018-19 duly relaxing the quarterly control restrictions.
2. In the reference 5th read above, Budget Release Order has been issued for an amount of Rs. 4,06,90,47,000/- ( Rupees Four hundred six crore ninety lakh forty seven thousand) as additional funds Rs.40690.47 Lakhs (Rs.24414.28 Lakh as CSS and Rs.16276.19 Lakhs as MSS) as 2nd installment under General head grant and Capital head grant in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the
C.F.Y 2018-19 towards implementation of Elementary Activities under Samagra Shiksha (i.e for esrstwhile scheme of SSA) for FY 2018-19 adjusted to Canara Bank Account Nos. 1391101021129, 1391101021130, 1391101021131, 1391101021132, 1391101021133, 1391101021134, IFSC Code. CNRB0001391.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord the administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi for an amount of Rs. 4,06,90,47,000/- ( Rupees Four hundred six crore ninety lakh forty seven thousand only) as additional funds of Rs.40690.47 Lakhs (Rs.24414.28 Lakh as CSS and Rs.16276.19 Lakh as MSS) as 2nd installment under General head grant and Capital head grant in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2018-19 towards implementation of Elementary Activities under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (i.e. for esrstwhile scheme of SSA) for FY 2018-19 adjusted to Canara Bank Account Nos.1391101021129, 1391101021130, 1391101021131, 1391101021132, 1391101021133, 1391101021134, IFSC Code CNRB0001391, under the following head of accounts:

4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi / the State Project Director, SSA, A.P., Amaravathi shall take necessary action accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
