 ORDER:

                In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTRVS Trust, AP, Guntur District, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order for inclusion of  following Maternal Health Care Procedures with the guidelines under Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva Scheme in empanelled Network hospitals in both Government and Private Sector at CGHS, Hyderabad 2014 rates:

 Guidelines :

1.  Delivery/C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focused screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in each of three trimesters:100% of package rates.  
2. Delivery /C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focused screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in 2^nd & 3^rd  trimesters:  95% package rates. 
3. Delivery /C section with at least one USG and diagnostics including focused screening for anaemia and gestational diabetes in only 3^rd  trimester  : 85% of package rates. 
4. Delivery /C section with no USG and diagnostics including focused screening for anemia and gestational diabetes in any  trimester: 80% of package rates. 

 4.     The  Chief Executive Officer, Dr. NTRVS Trust, AP, Guntur District shall take necessary action accordingly.

 5.     This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance(FMU.HM&FW.I) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMUOPC(HMF1)/2/2018-FMU-HM&FW,   dated:27.12.2018.
