ORDER:

In the reference 1^st read above, administrative sanction orders issued to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. for an amount of Rs.9,37,63,92,000/- ( Rupees Nine hundred thirty seven crore sixty three lakh ninety two thousand only) as additional funds [Rs.56258.35 Lakh as CSS (60%) and Rs.37505.57 Lakhs as MSS (40%)] in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2018-19 towards implementation of interventions related to Elementary Education components and mandatory provisions of the RTE Act, 2009 through Samagra Siksha Abhiyan for the F.Y 2018-19.

1. In the reference 2^nd read above, the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, A.P., has requested the Government for release of funds to the tune of Rs. 417.700 Lakhs (GoI Share of Rs. 250.620 Lakhs Plus State Matching Share of Rs.167.080 lakhs) to AP SSA for implementation of the non Recurring Grant under ST Component for elementary education under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan i.e. erstwhile scheme of SSA) for the financial year 2018-19 duly relaxing the quarterly control restrictions.
2. In the reference 3^rd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 4,17,70,000/- (Rupees Four crore seventeen lakhs seventy thousand) as additional funds (GoI Share of Rs.250.620 Lakhs Plus State Matching Share of Rs.167.080 lakhs) in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y.2018-19 as non Recurring Grant under ST Component towards implementation of interventions related to elementary education through Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (i.e. erstwhile scheme of SSA) for the financial year 2018-19.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord the administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi for an amount of Rs.4,17,70,000/(Rupees Four crore seventeen lakhs seventy thousand only) as additional funds (GoI Share of Rs.250.620 Lakhs Plus State Matching Share of Rs.167.080 lakhs) in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y.2018-19 as non Recurring Grant under ST Component towards implementation of interventions related to elementary education through Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (i.e. erstwhile scheme of SSA) for the financial year 2018-19 under the following head of accounts:

5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi / the State Project Director, SSA, A.P., Amaravathi shall take necessary action accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
