    APSSA-Vijayawada- Minority Education- Up gradation of Urdu Primary Schools into Upper primary Urdu Schools- Engagement of Academic Instructors to teach in these schools- relaxation of the qualifications for Academic Instructors - Shortage of Urdu medium Graduate with B. Ed - Qualified with Intermediate & D.Ed. with Urdu - Orders.

   The State Project Director , APSSA, has pleased to relax the qualifications i.e. Intermediate with D. Ed where ever the Degree with B. Ed qualified persons are not available to teach in Urdu medium upgraded Upper primary schools in the districts.

    Hence all the District Educational Officers and District Project officers in the state are requested to engage the Academic Instructors with Intermediate and D.Ed qualified persons where ever shortage of the Degree with B. Ed qualified persons with an honorarium of Rs7500/per month until pennanent teachers will joins in the schools. The expenditure incurred for the academic instructor's hanororium will be meet from the intervention upper primary teachers (Regular) teachers salaries of the District Project Office.
