R :-
In the reference 5th read above,
Government have
accorded permission for notifying the Direct Recruitment vacancies in
MJPAPBCWRE Institutions in the State.
2. In the reference 6th read
above, the Secretary, MJAPABCWREI Society, Vijayawada has submitted that there
are no regular staff is available in MJPAPBCWREI Society Head Office,
Vijayawada to take up the recruitment process to fill the 416 Teaching posts . He has suggested to take up the above
recruitment process through a recruitment agency or by a constituting a AP Residential Educational Recruitment Board
for recruitment to the Teaching posts in all Residential School Societies i.e.
APREIS/ APSWREIS/APTWREIS/MJPAPBCWREIS in the State..
3. Government after careful examination of
the entire matter hereby constitute a committee consisting of the following
Officers for the purpose to take up the recruitment process and to fill the 416
Teaching Posts (Direct Recruitment Vacancies ) sanctioned to MJPAPBCWREI
Society :-
1. Director, Backward Classes Welfare : Chairman
2. Director, SCERT : Member
3. Director, School Education : Member
4. Special Secretary, Finance : Member
5. Deputy Director General, NIC : Member
6. Joint / Deputy Secretary, BC
Welfare : Member
7. Secretary, MJPAPBCWREI Society : Member
Convenor
4. The Committee shall follow the following
Guidelines and Procedure to take up the
recruitment process and to fill the 416 Teaching Posts (Direct recruitment
vacancies) sanctioned to MJPAPBCWREI Society:-
1. The Committee shall have to complete the recruitment process within 60 days.
2. They may engage services of NIC,
Government of India for the Written (OMR) test.
3. The recruitment shall be based on 100%
Marks secured in the written test, No marks for interview.
4. The Committee may prescribe minimum
qualification in line with NCTE norms.
5. SCERT with the support of each subject
specialist will prepare the question paper to 100 marks.
6. The recruitment should strictly follow
the Rule of Reservations as per the Government orders in force.
7. The expenditure for the recruitment
process shall be met from the available funds of MJPAPBCWREI Society.
8. Examine the procedure followed in TET
examinations and devise an error free procedure.
5. The Secretary, MJAPABCWREI Society,
Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly.
