            In continuation to this office proceeding in the references read above, the Commissioner of School Education is pleased to accord permission to the following district wise Primary Upper Primary Schools in 4^th phase for opening Parallel English Medium Section at Class I during the year 2018-19:

These instructions should be followed scrupulously.

This has got the approval of the Commissioner of School Education A.P., Amaravati.
