Sub:-School Education -Nomination for National Awards for Innovations in Educational Administration -Request -Regarding.
Read:-F.No.Ol/EAD/NAIEA/2017 -2018, dt: 09-07-2018 of Professor Kumar Suresh, Head Department of Educational Administration, NUEPA, New Delhi.
The all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in the ref. read above, Professor N.V. Varghese, Acting Vice-Chancellor, NUEPA, New Delhi has stated that the NIEPA has instituted National Award for Innovations in Educational Administration for District and Block Education Officers as an annual feature. The basic objective of the award scheme is to recognise and award Innovations in Educational Administration done by the district and block level educational officers. Nominations of district and block level educational officers are invited for the consideration of award. Final selection for the award is done on the basis of multi-stage evaluation and validation of the cases of innovations by the experts. The selected innovations are awarded and disseminated in the national conference and award presentation function, organized by NUEPA in New Delhi.
Further he has informed that Like previous years, this year also, they are inviting nominations/applications of District and Block Education Officers for the consideration of award for innovations in educational administration. The shortIisted district and block level education officers will be invited to participate and present their innovations in the National Conference on Educational administration and management, which is tentatively scheduled to be held in New Delhi during January/February 2019.
Further, Professor N.V. Varghese, Acting Vice-Chancellor, NUEPA, New Delhi has requested the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati, to kindly send nominations of up to 4 District Educational Officer' and 6 Block Education Officers, who have made remarkable innovations in educational administration, for the consideration of the National Award during the year 201919 and also requested to send the nominations by 30th September 2019. A copy of format for sending the nominations is enclosed herewith.
Therefore all Regional Joint Directors of School Education are requested to send best nominations for the District Educational Officers, who have made remarkable innovations in educational administration with all details in the prescribed format, from the respective Zones by hard and soft copies on or before 15-09-2018, to this office so as to enable this office to scrutinise and select 4 best nominations in the cadre of District Educational Officers and forward the same to the NUEPA, New Delhi in the stipulated time.
All the District Educational Officers are also requested to send best nominations for the Mandal Educational Officers, who have made remarkable innovations in educational administration with all details in the prescribed format, from the respective Zones by hard and soft copies on or before 15-09-2018 to this office, so as to enable this office to scrutinize and select 6 best nominations in the cadre of District Educational Officers and forward the same to the NUEPA, New Delhi in the stipulated time.
