ORDER:
In the G.O. read above, the 11thPay
Revision Commission has been constituted with certain terms of references
mentioned therein.
2. After careful examination of the matter,
Government hereby appoint Sri Ashutosh Mishra, IAS (AP:1981) (Retd.) as Pay
Revision Commissioner.
3. The terms and conditions of appointment of Pay
Revision Commissioner is as follows:
(1). Pay:
He will entitled to a fixed pay of Rs.2,00,000/- per month, in addition to D.A.
and H.R.A. as per rules assuming that the pay is Rs.2,25,000/-.
He
shall also be eligible to any other allowances such as sumptuary allowances
etc., as applicable to the post. He is eligible to draw the regular service
pension, which he is drawing excluding the commuted value of the pension.
(2). Dearness Allowance:
a) He
shall be eligible for a DA sanctioned from time to time on the pay.
b)
The
officer is not eligible for Dearness Relief on pension during the period of
re-employment.
(3). House
Rent Allowance: He shall be eligible to draw House Rent Allowance as
applicable to the officers in Apex Scale (Fixed Grade).
(4). Leave:
He shall be eligible for leave applicable to officers of the same rank in
relaxation of the A.P. Leave Rules.
(5). Medical
Attendance: He will be governed by the All India Services Medical
Attendance Rules, 1954 and instructions issued there under from time to time.
(6). Vehicle:
He will be provided with a Government vehicle for official purpose.
(7). Telephones:
He will be provided with residential telephone with STD facility and without
limit on the number of calls from the date of assumption of charge. (If he has
already a Residential Telephone it would be converted as an official telephone.)
(8). T.A&
D.A.: He will be eligible for T.A.& D.A. etc., under APTA Rules as
admissible to the Officers in Apex Scale (Fixed Grade), within the State and
outside the State.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance
Department vide their U.O.No.34021/80/2018/HR.3, Finance (HR-3) Department,
Dated:01.07.2018.
