In continuation to this office proceeding in the reference 2 & 3,d read above, the Commissioner of School Education is pleased to accord permission to the following district wise Model Primary, Other Primary and Upper Primary Schools in 3,d phase for opening Parallel English Medium Section at Class I during the year 2018-19:

The list of 2049 schools is enclosed herewith.

They are therefore requested to take necessary action for opening of English Medium Parallel Sections at Class 1 during the year 2018-19 as per the list enclosed duly following the given guidelines and submit compliance at once without fail.

These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
