Inviting Kind attention to the subject and references cited. in the ref.1st cited, the Government have issued orders that to pay an amount of equivalent to two months salary for all employees of Grant in Aid employees working in Schools and Colleges, recoverable from the salary bills for the month of March, 2018 and April, 2018, whose data is readily available in HRMS system.
Accordingly, in the ref.2nd cited, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts have issued Administrative Sanction Orders for payment of Rs.143,83,95,682/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty Three Crore Eighty Three Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Two Only) under H.O.A. 7610-00-800-00-80-001-000-VN towards advance equivalent to salaries in respect of (10904) Grant in Aid employees whose HRMS data is readily available. Out of which, (8035) employees are pertaining to School Education Department and the amount sanctioned to them is Rs.101,06,52,810/-.
Further, based on the Government orders issued vide ref.3rd cited, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts have again issued Administrative Sanction for payment of Rs. 21,79,36,296/- (Rupees Twenty One Crore Seventy Nine lakhs Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Six Only) under H.O.A. 7610-00-800-00-80-001-000-VN towards advance equivalent to salaries in respect of (1307) remaining Grant in Aid employees to whom Grant in aid advance not sanctioned due to upcoming retirement in the next 2-3 months vide ref.4th cited. Out of which, (323) employees are pertaining to School Education Department and the amount sanctioned to them is Rs. 4,63,51,410/-. Total GIA employees to whom advance sanctioned are (8358) and the aggregating amount is Rs. 105,70,04,220/-.
In the ref.5th cited, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, AP, Ibrahimpatnam has communicated the list of Grant in Aid employees, to whom advance sanctioned.
In view of the above, while enclosing the District wise statement of (2) months advance sanctioned to the GIA employees of School Education Department, all the District Educational Officers are instructed to recover the advance amount sanctioned in three (3) instalments commencing from pay bill of March/2018 and maintain watch register for recovery of advance and adjust the said amount to the H.O.A. 7610-00-800-00-80-001-000 – VN and also informed that, any deviation in recovery of Advance sanctioned, the DEOs are held responsible.(District wise statement is sent through mail)
This should be treated as Most Important and Recovery Particulars shall be submitted to this office, after completion of recovery of total advance sanctioned.
