AP SSC March 2018 Re-verification,supply of Photocopy of valued Answer Book, AP SSC Advance supplementary June 2108 fee due dates,Time table

1. The supplementary examinations are scheduled from 11-06-2018 to 25-06-2018 from 9-30 a.m to 12-15 pm. Since the time available for conduct of Supplementary Examinations is short, without waiting for results of recounting, the failed candidates of SSC March 2018 who want to appear for SSC Supplementary Examinations, June 2018 may remit Examination Fee as per the following due dates.
2. Subject wise performance statements (Grade sheets) will be given to all the candidates within 15 days to facilitate admission into 1^st Year Intermediate without any difficulty. SSC certificates will be supplied to all the Passed candidates subsequently.
3. The extraction of failed candidates of March 2018 will be dispatched to the Schools concerned by 15-05-2018.
4. The results of a few candidates are withheld for want of certain information from the school/ camp/ Center. These cases will be finalized and released shortly.
5. The candidates who desire to get their marks recounted should remit Rs.500 per Subject through challan on or before 14-05-2018 to the following Head of Account in Government Treasury through SBI.

The candidates can apply for recounting of marks directly to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada in person or by Post.Demand Drafts will not be accepted.

7. Re-verification cum supply of Photo copy of valued Answer Book.
    This year also for March 2018 the system of Re-verification of Answer Books in all subjects is decentralized. The candidates have to submit Re-verification applications along with Xerox copy of Hall ticket in the Office of the DEO concerned duly countersigned by the Headmaster concerned on or before 14-05-2018. Applications sent by post to the Board will not be accepted.
    Application format is kept in website i.e., www.bseap.org and also they can be had from all District Educational Officers. The candidates have to remit the amount of Rs.1000/-per subject through individual challan only to the following Head of Account.

DEMAND DRAFTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Filled in applications will be accepted at the counters constituted by the D.E.O in the District Headquarters. Applications for Re-verification and supply of Xerox copies will be accepted from the candidates upto 14-05-2018. Revised certificates will be issued in cases of change of Grades only.

The Candidates who apply for Re-verification need not apply for Recounting.

The provision of Re-verification includes the following:
a) Re-totaling
b) Whether marks for all answers posted or not.
c) Unvalued answers will be got valued. The appeals for undervaluation will not be considered.
